SMS Terms

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These SMS Terms apply to the LIFT Foils text messaging program operated by LIFT Foils USA, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

What You'll Receive

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from LIFT Foils at the mobile number you provided. These may include product news, promotions, cart reminders, and order updates. Message frequency varies.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on our website.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@liftfoils.com or 1 (888) 333-3045, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for text messages.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent through our SMS provider, Omnisend, and delivery depends on your carrier and network.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us run the program, such as our SMS platform.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
