What's included with the LIFT5 F?
The LIFT5 F ships with the Lift Hand Controller and a propulsion unit (mast plus motor), with full LCS connectivity from the eBox to the propulsion unit and battery. Wings and the Lift Jet are bolt-on rather than tool-free.
Is the price you see the full price?
Yes. The $10,999 LIFT5 F price is the complete, ride-ready cost, board, hand controller, propulsion, battery, and wings all included. Some other eFoils on the market advertise a lower starting price but require additional components purchased separately to reach a comparable setup, once fully kitted out, those setups can end up costing more than what's advertised here from the start.
Why does the LIFT5 F use fiberglass instead of carbon fiber?
Fiberglass construction is more forgiving through wipeouts and everyday use, which is exactly what a first eFoil needs. It's a deliberate build choice, not a lesser one, prioritizing durability and confidence over the marginal weight savings of carbon.
How long can I ride the LIFT5 F on a single charge?
The LIFT5 F runs the same 2.2kWh battery as the LIFT5, delivering up to 90 minutes of ride time per charge. A full charge to 80% takes just over an hour.
What wings come standard, and can I upgrade them later?
The LIFT5 F ships with bolt-on wings built for stability and early lift. Because it runs on the LCS platform, you can move to different wing series later without replacing the board. Shop upgrade options on our Accessories & Parts page.
Who is the LIFT5 F built for?
The LIFT5 F is Lift's entry price point, built for riders getting their first eFoil or their first foil of any kind. It's the board most people start on.
How does the LIFT5 F compare to the LIFT5?
Both run the same battery, but the LIFT5 is fully LCS from wings to eBox, including the 32" LCS Carbon 68 propulsion unit, LCS Jet, and integrated nose cone, so you can swap propulsion units on the eBox when you're ready for more height. The LIFT5 F uses bolt-on wings instead of that full LCS chain. The LIFT5 also steps up to carbon fiber construction and the Elite Hand Controller as standard, while the LIFT5 F uses fiberglass and the standard Hand Controller. Can I upgrade my LIFT5 F into a more advanced setup over time?
Yes. Because it's built on LCS, you can swap in different wings, propulsion, or battery components individually as your riding progresses, rather than needing to buy a new board.
What is LCS?
LCS (Lift Connect System) is the modular platform connecting your eBox to your propulsion unit and battery, so those components can be swapped as you upgrade or change your setup, on the LIFT5, for example, you can swap propulsion units right at the eBox when you're ready for more height. On LIFT5 and LIFTX, wings are part of that same LCS system too. The one exception is the LIFT5 F, where wings are bolt-on rather than LCS quick-connect, though bolt-on wings still work across both the LIFT5 and LIFTX propulsion units.
Is the LIFT5 F backed by a warranty?
