How can you tell the difference between an ODU versus a Fischer connector and/or cable?

Several ways! The easiest & quickest ways are by visual inspection – either by the cable color or pin count. ODU cables are grey in color, whereas Fischer cables are black in color. Another way is by looking more closely at the cable ports. ODU cables & components have eight (8) pins, whereas Fischer cables & components have five (5) pins.

If you have additional questions, please contact support.

When would I use a Fischer Adapter Cable?

If you have a board with an ODU ebox, and a new battery with a Fischer connecter, you will need to purchase the Fischer Adapter Cable.

How long will we keep ODU cables in stock?

We plan to keep these in stock for the foreseeable future.
