Not to state the obvious, but summer is upon us and with it the need to take full advantage of the open sea. If you’re a boat person, you know there’s no time like this time to get your fix of wind, waves, and surf.
The good news? We have just the boat accessories to keep your time on the water as adventurous and adrenaline-filled as possible. The even better news? These toys will keep the entire family hooked for as long as you decide to stay out there. There’s no thrill like the thrill of flying over water and because you can make it as chill or as adrenaline-inducing as you want, it’s just about the most all-encompassing activity you can invest in.
Of course, it depends what kind of adventure you’re embarking on. If you’re looking for something that can accommodate everything from a beginner to a pro, you want to start with a board like our 5’9 Explorer or our 5’4 Cruiser. The Explorer has maximum volume for maximized stability, while still keeping to a smaller more manageable size. It will let you teach absolutely anyone, from your grandparents to your kids, and because it’s so efficient, chances are you can do it on one battery charge.
The Cruiser is a little bit smaller but still offers plenty of stability. When up in the air, it carves a beautiful turn that locks with confidence, but while on the water it keeps nice and steady. As for wings, you want to pair the Explorer with our 250 or 300 Surf V2 wings.
The 250 Surf V2 / 48 Surf V2 is the standard and offers absolute control with low speed flying. The 300 is the biggest kahuna in the game, it’s almost shocking, but we have yet to meet a person that hasn’t fallen in love with the ride it offers. It’s a perfect tool for learning how to foil. The Cruiser also goes well with the 250, especially if you’re a larger rider, but we recommend the 200 Surf V2, as it offers a wide variety of ride experiences to any rider.
Another really fun option if you’re looking to upgrade your boat or yacht accessory kit are our wake foiling setups. Wake foils are different from surf foils in that they are designed to be ridden at faster speeds, but if you’re a beginner, a surf foil will probably suit just fine.
If you’re a seasoned rider, our high aspect foils have gotten great reviews from our customers. These are awesome for extending rides over entire sequences of wakes. If you’re looking for something that anyone can use, though, we again recommend going for our heavier boards and shorter masts as this will allow almost anyone to get up and get used to the feeling of the ride.
Whatever it is you’re in the mood for in terms of boat or yacht accessories, we’re pretty sure we’ve got you covered. Our eFoils and wakefoil set-ups are un-bulky, eco-friendly, and addictively fun for the entire family. As always, if you have any questions, we’re happy to help! Get in touch with us and we’ll get all your questions answered so you can be up and running in no time.
