2021 Holiday Support & Office Hours

For our Lift family,

In observance of the holiday season and festivities, our offices will be closed from Friday, Dec 24th until we open again on Monday, Jan 3rd.

While our offices are closed, we will do our best to maintain active but there will be limited customer and technical support on Dec 27th to Dec 30th, and from 8AM to 12AM (UTC-4). Please be patient with us as our team will be working on reduced hours. We’re scheduling to answer phone calls only, but please feel free to submit a standard ticket through our website and we’ll respond as soon as we can during this time.

If you are placing an order during this time, please note that your order will not appear in our system until January 3rd. We will update you at that time.

If you’re planning on using your equipment this holiday season, please don’t wait to try your gear.  To help better serve you, please check your equipment now and inspect your equipment now while we’re operating normal business hours.  Here’s a small list of recommended items to inspect or review in advance:
